Yes. Standard and customised samples can be discussed before a bulk order. Sample charges, courier costs and any fee refund or credit against a future order are confirmed in the quotation.

For general items, sample preparation is usually around 3–7 working days, subject to availability and the agreed specification. Custom fabrics, branding or structural changes may take longer. Courier transit time is additional.

No. Compatibility is specific to the model, car seat, carrycot and adapter combination. Please confirm the intended configuration with us before ordering. Product photos do not imply that all accessories are included.

MOQ depends on the model, configuration, colours and packaging. A trial order of around 300 pieces may be possible for selected models; a 20-foot container is a common order basis for many strollers. Contact us for the current MOQ for your chosen model.

Please send the model code, quantity, target market, required colours, logo and packaging details, accessories and destination port. If you have a specification sheet or reference photos, include them so we can quote the correct configuration.

The quotation specifies the product configuration, included accessories, packaging, trade term and validity period. Changes to fabric, frame finish, wheels, logo or packaging may affect the price. Payment terms are confirmed with the order.

Production is normally around 30–45 working days after the deposit is received and all order details are confirmed. The final schedule depends on the model, materials, customisation and production capacity. Shipping time is separate.

Mixed-model or mixed-colour orders can be reviewed. Each model and colour must meet the applicable production minimums, and the loading plan must be checked. Send us your proposed mix for confirmation.

Tell us your destination market and required tests or documentation at the quotation stage. Available test reports must be checked against the exact model and configuration. Any additional testing, documentation and associated costs are agreed before the order is finalised.

The inspection requirements and approved sample should be agreed before production. Contact us to discuss checks for materials, assembly, folding operation, brakes, packaging and the final shipment. Third-party pre-shipment inspection can also be coordinated in advance.

Our standard warranty for most products is 12 months from the shipment date, subject to the terms agreed for the order. For a quality claim, send the model, order or batch reference, quantity affected and clear photos or videos. Defective-part repair or replacement, exclusions and freight arrangements are handled under the agreed warranty terms.

Spare parts and replacement accessories can be discussed for the relevant model. Availability, compatibility, quantities and costs are confirmed separately. Please include the model code and photos of the part you need.
